100+ IN 2019 SPECTACULAR BIG PARADE

 

            Expect over 100 entries in the Storm Lake Star Spangled Spectacular Big Parade Thursday, July 4, according to organizer Lee Dutfield. The floats, trucks and bands will start near Buena Vista University at 10:30 a.m.

Information and updates regarding the 2019 celebration are available on the Spectacular’s new webpage, www.starspangledspectacular.net, the Spectacular’s Facebook page at Star Spangled Spectacular or Twitter @SLSSSpectacular.

For real time alerts, text SPECTACULAR to 31996 for time and location information for Star Spangled Spectacular activities (note this is a new code).

Reminder - no throwing of candy or items from floats. Walkers can hand out candy and items but not throw items from moving vehicles.

The Big Parade will be at 10:30 a.m. beginning at the Leslie Rollins Stadium at Buena Vista University on the lakeshore. You will love it!
