Food Booths 2019

Non-Profits Host Spectacular Concessions

      A wide variety of non-profit agencies will be hosting food booths throughout the Storm Lake park system July 3 and 4 for those attending the Star Spangled Spectacular events. Only non-profits may operate concessions in the park system as part of the venue. All proceeds from the sale of food and drink benefit the associated local charities. The concession offerings and their approximate locations will be:

 

Thursday, July 4:

 

Sunset Park

• BV County Democrats – pulled pork sandwiches, ice cream sundaes, root beer floats, pop, water, iced lattes

• Hope Evangelical Free Church – corn on the cob, pop, water

• BV County Historical Society – taco in a bag, popcorn, pop, water

• Pomegranate Lodge – funnel cakes, eggrolls, crab rangoon, water

• Cornerstone for Life – turkey fillets, brats, hot dogs, BBQ beef, chips, pop

• St. John’s Lutheran – pork burgers, hot dogs, chips, Rice Krispie bars, caramel corn, cinnamon rolls, coffee, pop, water, lemonade, iced tea

 

Water Plant

• Vietnam Veterans – pork burgers, hot dogs, chips, pop

• Memorial Presbyterian Church – snow cones

• Iglesia de Cristo Ebenezer – tacos, chicken, hot dogs

• St. Mark’s Lutheran Church – pie, ice cream, root beer floats

 

Chautauqua Park

• BV County Pork Producers – pork burgers, pop, water

• Santa’s Castle – BBQ pulled pork sandwich, jumbo hot dogs, chips, lemonade, water

• Iglesia Sendero de Salvacion – pupusas, tacos, tostadas, corn on the cob, fruit, horchata, pop, water, Gatorade

• Knights of Columbus – funnel cakes with toppings

• St. Mary’s Charismatic Group – tacos, hot dogs, corn on a cob, flavored water, pop, water, Gatorade

• St. Mary’s Athletic Boosters – turkey legs, hot dogs, drinks

 

Great Lawn

• BV County Democrats – popcorn

 

Wednesday, July 3
